Efforts to reduce damage as much as possible
But that did not mean that some damage was unavoidable. From here we begin our efforts to reduce damage as much as possible.
Review of dry cleaning
The first thing we worked on was changing from a large cleaning machine to a small machine (from 30K wash to 10k wash). By further washing with a small lot, we succeeded in reducing damage such as threads with other clothes.
Review of drainage method
As for the current cleaning, it moves to the high speed rotation as it is and drains it as it is washing. It is the same way as a fully automated washing machine for home use. Because it rotates at high speeds without checking the situation inside, delicate clothing is even more terrible.
As a countermeasure, we introduced something that is dedicated to liquid removal. Since clothing can be put from above, it is safe to rotate at high speed after checking the condition of clothes firmly. As an aside, now we do not produce a special liquid removal machine, we restore things of 30 years ago at our shop and use it.
Review of drying method
It is a rotary dryer that is used for drying by cleaning. That’s right “that” that you see in the coin launderette.

Clothing rubs against other clothing, is beaten up, fibers get out and stiffness disappears and big damage is incurred. However, the merit of throwing it into a dryer and short drying time has priority.

The answer is simple. You just hang it on a hanger and dry it just like washing your home. However, this was actually a serious thing. It takes time to finish in a moment (T_T)
Of course the surroundings are a big objection “Even if you do this, it never ends!” Still I was not defeated (lol)
